Ibid, Obituary. <http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/message/rw/localities.northam.usa.states.wisconsin.counties.door/309> MARY LAPLANT/VERG NEW BERLIN-- Mary LaPlant/Verg, age 92, died Monday, Nov. ll, l996, at the LindenGrove Health Care Center where she had been a resident. She was born in Egg Harbor, Wis. on May 25, l904, to the late Jacob and Theresa (nee Zelopher) Neimeyer. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waukesha where she belonged to the St. Joseph Christian Women. She was also a member of the Waukesha Golden Agers and the Waukesha and New Berlin Senior Citizens. During her working career, she was employed at the former Northview Home. Surviving are her family including seven children, Eugene (Marion) LaPlant of New Berlin, Donald (Marlene) of Eagle, Joseph of Silver Lake, Robert of Florida, Doris (Frank) Rich of New Berlin, Ellen Barrett of Florida, and Joyce Rainey of New Berlin, Also surviving are 2l grandchildren, 4l great-grandchildren and her brothers and sisters, Anne (Ernie) Eicher of Sturgeon Bay, William (Josephine) LaPlant of Egg Harbor, Marge (John) Reichardt of Brown Deer, Hannah (Joe) Mosgaller of Richfield, John (Helen) Neimeyer of Marquette, Mich, Jacob (Betty) Neimeyer of Appleton, and Leo Neimeyer of Sturgeon Bay. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur LaPlant and Raymond Verg, and her son, Floyd, as well as by brothers William, Leonard, and Charles, and her sisters Theresa and Louise. Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thurday, Nov. l4, at the Randle-Dable Funeral Home. Services will begin on Friday with prayers at l0:l5 a.m. at the funeral home then to St. Joseph Catholic Church for an ll a.m. funeral Mass. Burial will follow the services at St. Joseph Cemetery.
