ledig (= never married) is stated in source OAB, but 2 sources searching Obernzenn find a marriage:
1) source Mani Hertlein
2) source Herbert Büssenschütt shows marriage 12 Jan 1817 to Anna Maria HASSLER
Such descrepancies in OAB are rare.
This Lorenz had an uncle Lorenz, and one of them became the farmer in Urphertshofen with several children.
In this instance, OAB also lists his place of death as Eichelberg, but again probably that applies to his uncle Lorenz, as his widow Anna was stated as of Urphertshofen when emigrating 4 years later.
